Talker Labs, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Nolby, an AI employee that works through WhatsApp. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Nolby or joining our waitlist, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Waitlist information. When you join the closed beta waitlist, we collect your name and email address so we can reach out about access.

Messages and task content. When you or your teammates message Nolby on WhatsApp, we receive the messages, instructions, documents, and other content you share so Nolby can understand and complete your tasks. We retain this content so Nolby can remember context across conversations.

Account and team information. When your team sets up Nolby, we collect the WhatsApp Business number you connect, your admin details, and the email addresses of teammates you invite.

Connected tools. If you connect external tools or services for Nolby to use, we may access and process data from those services to complete your tasks, subject to your permissions and those services’ own terms.

Usage and technical information. We collect basic information about how Nolby is used — such as interaction patterns and volume — along with standard technical data like device type and logs, to keep the service running, secure, and improving.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain Nolby — reading your messages, completing tasks, and reporting back in chat.
• To remember context across sessions so nobody on your team has to repeat themselves.
• To communicate with you about your waitlist request, setup, and support.
• To improve Nolby’s quality, accuracy, and reliability.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, abuse, or security problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate Nolby, under agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only for our purposes:

• Messaging infrastructure. We use WhatsApp (operated by Meta) as the channel through which Nolby communicates. Your messages are processed through Meta’s infrastructure, subject to Meta’s terms and policies.
• Cloud hosting and storage. We store your data with trusted cloud infrastructure and database providers.
• AI processing. We may use third-party AI services to help Nolby understand and complete tasks.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not share your data with anyone beyond the service providers described above.

4. Data Retention

We retain your messages, task content, and related context for as long as your team uses Nolby, so Nolby can remember across sessions. We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it or until it is no longer needed. When your team stops using Nolby, we will delete your task data within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

5. Your Choices and Rights

• Access and deletion. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@nolby.ai.
• Opting out. You can stop using Nolby at any time. Your admin can disconnect your WhatsApp number to stop all data collection.
• Waitlist withdrawal. You can ask us to remove your name and email from the waitlist at any time.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

Nolby is not intended for use by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from someone under 16, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Users

Nolby is available primarily to users in the United States. If you access Nolby from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date. For significant changes, we’ll notify you through WhatsApp or email.
